Expand your contacts with members of our community by placing a bag insert in each participant’s conference bag! We are offering you the opportunity to place a “bag insert” in the on-site conference bag, which is handed out at conference registration. Following is a break down of cost and some savings if you participate in other ways with the conference.
This fantastic opportunity allows you to target your specific audience with one of your flyers which advertises your charity, business, product or service. Alternatively you can include a ‘goodie’ in our goodies bags, such as an awareness band, a branded trolley keyring or an awareness pin, just a few examples to give you an idea. All the flyers and ‘goodies’ are delivered directly to our event attendees in their goodie bags, placing your advertising straight into their hands.
A Goodie Bag For Each Guest – upwards of 200 people are expected to attend. Each person will receive a goodie bag.
Flyer / Goodie Item Added – your flyer or goodie item (no larger than A5 size) will be placed in all of our goodie bags.
We reserve the right to limit the number and type of vendor inserts, as well as restricting materials expressing opposing views of the management.
How does it work?
It’s really easy! Add this item to your cart, checkout and make payment and then just simply post a minimum of 300 flyers to the address we sent you by email.
